Remarkable Deli
This is a fantastic Deli. Compared with other Delis, the food quality is perfect while having an ample choice and the location (including the restroom) is notable. A pity they do not provide dinner but it seems focussing on breakfast/lunch is quite a good idea.

Best New York City Deli!
What a place. Breakfast was wonderful and the price could not be better. Upstairs dining is great with a view of the street. Coffee was great. Buffet looked yummy.

bfast sammies Everyday
sausage egg & cheese on whole wheat toast w/ hot sauce: $2.25. can't beat that- esp in midtown. This is my go-to place for lunch since it's so cheap, fast and yummy.

Great Place in Midtown
Working in the area for 8+ years and have ordered from D&S numerous times. Food, prices and selection are great, especially for a place in touristy Midtown Manhattan. Quick Delivery (and only $3.00 min) too. Highly Recommended!

Will definitely return
I work down the block and was looking for a cheap place to eat. For Manhattan prices, this is definitely a great place to go for good food at a decent price. It wasn't lunch time anymore but the place was still packed. About 4 women working the cash registers and about 6-7 guys making everyones food. Considering the amount of people inside, it did take a few minutes longer than I'd hoped for them to make my sandwich, but it was still pretty quick. But for me, if a place is completely packed, I take it as a good sign and don't mind waiting an extra couple of minutes. While trying to decide what I wanted to eat I looked around the buffet in the back. I'm not much of a buffet person, but they had so many different things to choose from that I was almost tempted. And it all looked FRESH AND CLEAN!!! The only thing that stopped me from giving this place perfect scores of 5 is because I've only been there once, but it was pretty great.

great service, smiles, food
I work around the corner and always eat here for a quick fix, the buffet bar is diverse and always good. The best is the grill for burgers. Bacon burger deluxe is sinfully delicious. The staff are amazing folks, friendly and always remeber your face no matter how often or howlittle you've been in. A very well run business that extends great value.

Prices are good, quantity and quality is great, definitely a deli i would highly recommend!
