i like indian food because of the spices. no matter what else you mess up on, if you got that much right i will be satisfied. this place has the blandest indian food i've ever tasted. i had to pour a ton of hot sauce on the veggies i ordered and it STILL tasted like nothing. i got delivery but the food took 1.5 hours to get here... whatever, i called them and the guy on the phone goes "he's coming! everybody go outside! ok bye" and hung up on me. funny thing is, we were outside and nobody was there. we also got pepsi instead of coke. overall i give this place a 0.5 tasteless food.

the food was overwhelmingly so so and it took forever. The chicken did not seem thoroughly cooked and it was poorly cut up. Just total blah. The delivery guy was huffy and puffy after taking an elevator and walking around the corner, as if that is a big deal.

There are a few Indian food places in the area, but this is my favorite. I usually do pick-up since the restaurant is pretty bare and I don't live far. They play entertaining Bollywood music videos and give me crisps to munch on while I wait. Everything I've had on their menu is fresh, well-seasoned, not greasy, and consistently delicious. My favorite dish is the salmon tikka masala, which technically isn't on the menu, but they make it for me anyway. A lot of these reviews are pretty harsh, which makes sense since people like complaining more than they like praising, but hopefully this review gives you an alternative view of this neighborhood gem. I like to think that the reason the food takes more than 30 minutes is because it's freshly made and they're busy-- yet another sign of how good this place is. Highly recommended!!

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my order, and the delivery guy started calling out "hello? Hello?" up my stairwell because he didn't want to walk up the stairs, then huffily handed off my order and bolted. Kind of annoyed I had already tipped him 20% via grub hub, had I known he would be such a pill I would have tipped less. They also forgot the rice that comes with the order. The food is nothing to write home about. There are 3 Indian places In my hometown in jersey that are far better regarding price, service and quality of food. Won't be ordering from here again.
