WoW
This is by far the best fast indian restaurant I have ever eaten at in Manhattan. The best thing to do is get the Fresh Chicken Tikka Masala. Don't forget the Raita (yogurt).. The yogurt is heavenly.. Amazing.

Very subpar food
I suppose the saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. I just wanted a mango lassi and some veggie pakoras as a snack and this restaurant happened to be within walking distance from my work. Pakoras looked like they has been sitting out for a very long time. My suspicions were confirmed when the man at the counter microwaved my pakoras before putting them into a bag for me. The result was some very rubbery and dry pakoras. Mango lassi was extremely watery and a little too sour for my tastes.

Tasty and Good Deals
This is a fast food place mind you, but the food is good if not better than the some of the 'restaurants' around the corner. Highly recommend Samosa Chat. The Chicken Makhani, The cabbage. Pretty much everything actually.

Real deal
Highly recommend Curry Express for real, authentic Indian food. The food is made fresh to order if you want, and the price is right. The portions are obscenely big and one dish can be shared by 2, even 3 people. I am not a big fan of any of the fast food indian in Curry Hill except this place. For classic and cheap punjabi food, this is the spot.
