    Shame on Curly Haters!

I never write reviews but I had to for the few negative ones. Curly's is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants and I recommend it to everyone. The portions are generous for what you pay for, especially in comparison to similar type places like Foodswings. I've never had a problem with the servers before either; I like hands off serving and Curly's is attentive enough to my liking. I take my omnivorous husband with me here and the even have things he can stand! Pancakes are amazing as is the chick'n sandwich. Husband usually gets the macaroni and cheese or omelet.

    Not good veg food

This isn't good. The food was subpar...the curly fries weren't even that good. I got a burger...the veggie burger at Burger King is better. It is too expensive as well. The server was overworked.

    Always Amazing.

I always like to try new places since there are so many restaurants in the city. Curly's, however, is one of the few places that I reliably go back to again and again. Their veggie burgers are the best I've ever had: a homemade black bean burger on a whole wheat ciabatta bun. I usually go for the avocado and jack burger. My boyfriend loves the Dragonbowl Z. The servers are always very nice and attentive, and they handle the busy times (there are a lot of busy times, the space is pretty small) with poise. Its always worth the wait.

vegan tostada salad here I come!

I traveled 30 min on my 60 min lunch break for this salad and I'd do it again! Succulent perfectly ripe avocado and tomato, soy jack cheese, most amazing spicy soy chicken, black beans, and a crispy whole wheat tortilla bowl. The dressing was good but I hardly needed to use it! I picked up my order to go so my review is mainly for the food and the cool guy who took my order.

    Yummm

I have been here a number of times, and I have yet to be disappointed. I've tried the Sloppy Joe, TLT (tofu lettuce tomato), avocade burger and veggie burger and they have all been great! The dining area is small and cramped, but usually it's fine, sometimes there is a wait. The service is OK, the waitstaff is forgetful but the food makes up for it. The best part was dessert. I don't remember the exact name, but I had a piece of Chai Chocolate cake and it was the best cake I have ever eaten. Omg it was sooo creamy and delicious.

Inconsistent! But, lovely when they get it right.

My biggest gripe is the food is inconsistent. The fries one day will be under cooked, the next day burnt. One day you will have a pound of lettuce on your sandwich, the next day, a reasonable amount. The granola and yogurt will either have a ton of yogurt or just a spoonful. I eat here a lot, but it's not worth the price to get so excited for the dish as it's made correctly and then be so disappointed in it made badly.

    Yummy Sangria

Went with a friend from out of town. I have to agree with other reviewers that the service is poor. The waitress forgot our drinks and then stayed in the back on her cell phone when we tried to get her attention. The food was pretty good. The fries were excellent. But the best part of the meal was by far the sangria. Deee lish!
