My friend and I went to the Cucina restaurant in Rockefeller Center and were highly disappointed and will not return. I had the Salmon (an extremely small piece) with the zucchini. The taste was not bad but I have had better. The chicken was OK. the waitress said there was no cornbread or crackers I ordered the apple pie which was to come with caramel; however there was none. I had to ask the waitress to bring some to me which took quite a long time. I left feeling hungry. The food we ate was worth at the very most half of what we spent.

We needed a midtown place for 8 people of varying ages and tastes to meet on a Thursday evening. We chose Cucina for its location, prix fixe menu, and casual atmosphere. What a wonderful surprise! The food was very good and the service was unusually considerate and helpful. The wait staff was really kind - they allowed us to sit and talk, which was what we wanted to do. We all chose from the prix fixe menu and all enjoyed our dinners. I enthusiastically recommend Cucina & Co..

I have only visited New York once(St Patrick's Day 2011) and it will never be forgotten. This was my goodbye lunch to New York, I travelled back to London UK soon after.Along with the my brother's great family, I enjoyed a great lunch before I returned home to my family. To tell you the truth I didn't want to leave my brother nor Cucina's. Maybe, a lottery win will come my way and I can come back. To all at Cucina's, Keep up the Good Work..... Great Job ! Garry

we love this place. the food is consistently good and they are always changing up the menu. Wait staff is attentive as well and they are one of the remaining few places that refills your soft drinks for free. most of the people in my office that actually take lunch usually frequent cuccina. I would recommend it for a casual experience where excellent food is served. **Suggestion to Management: bring back the original "chop chop salad"!!**

I've come into Cucina for lunch a few times and it never disappoints. Its central location makes it an ideal place to meet colleagues. The prices are reasonable, so I feel comfortable suggesting it when asked for an easy lunchtime recommendation. The food is good, and I tend to order whatever they have as the special.

A colleague of mine just paid $3 for a clam shell with 3 small slices of tomato in it. The tomatoes were past their best to boot! Unless they come with a Valet to feed them to you, that is inordinately expensive even by NYC standards. They should feel embarrased for charging what they do for the poor quality hash they sling. Have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to overcharge and disappoint.

Went there before a yankees game do to price and ease of getting on a subway to the stadium. The food amounts were very filling and taste was much better than expected. Service was promt but not annoying as it can be in some places. This is a place I would highly consider any time I am in the city. For the money it was right on the mark, Bravo
