We went on a rainy Thursday afternoon. Ordered. Waited. Half an hour later they said that what we ordered wasn't available. When we mentioned how long we waited before they told us, the apologized profusely and gave us our entire meal on the house! They gave us dessert at the end of the meal, FANTASTIC. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

Went on a whim and was very pleasantly surprized. The cuban sandwich was to die for; very reasonable, excellent drinks and the service was very responsive. Like I said, great place

This place is so cute! Cheap, delicious, and great for groups. One negative point, cash only. Who does cash only in NYC?!

Their cuban sandwich is to die for. Incredibly good. Have eaten in and had delivery three times. Each time the same - loved the food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is fun - I felt like I was on vacation. Definitely one of my top favorites in Park Slope.

I came here on Cinco De Mayo and I was quite happy with my decision . Cubana Cafe is affordable and cozy, and the food is great. I had the coconut shrimp appetizer, which came with a mango salad. Then I ordered the grilled steak, with yellow rice and red beans. Both were cooked perfectly. The mango mojito is great, but it'll sneak up on you! The only issue I have with Cubana Cafe is that it's a small place, so be prepared to not have a lot of space. Also, they only take cash.

The food is always tasty and fresh and consistent, which is a hallmark of a good chef. The Service is warm and friendly, and got better when they started recognizing me. The drinks are top notch. The atmosphere and ambiance of the Cuban culture is certainly authentic. For a Cuban like myself, these are reasons to frequent this lovely cafe!

I visited for lunch on MLK Day. I had the Stuffed Poblano Chile which was out of this world. I will go back.
