Frozen!
I work at a bakery in Dallas, and I was extremely disappointed to discover that crumbs cupcakes had clearly been frozen (probably for a while), and the cake was therefore not fresh at all! it was dried out and the chocolate cake was absolutely tasteless! You'd think for those prices, the quality would be fresher at least.

Stale Stale Stale
More than once I have purchased cupcakes and cookies from Crumbs on the upper eastside and 42nd Street locations only to find they are so stale and dried out to be uneatable. Beware of the good looks of these products they hide bad taste.

Very delicious Carrot Cupcakes!
On a rainy saturday , i was in the area of Crumbs bakery , i had never been there before, but heard good things about it. Walked in and got myself a Carrot cupcake. It was DELICIOUS,super moist,full of raisins and nuts.The icing was great and the little carrot made of orange and grren icing on top was super cute.Would go back and try other cupcakes,most def! The service was also good i have to say.

GREAT!
I ordered cupcakes for my daughter's 2nd BDay. I must say they were GREAT. The cupcakes was soft, moist and very tasteful. I'm a picker and can the the worst in everything. Thumbs up to Crumbs I have only good thoughts. Thanks for the wonderful cupcakes.

Good
They have great banana chocolate chip muffins, but they sell out really quickly. They have very good cupcakes and cookies and brownies and pretty much everything, but their cupcakes are so filling and, as a person who never says something is too sweet, i have to admit that theirs are too sweet. But they are good overall. Also the cookie cake is AMAZING.

Crumbs is better
I would have given their cupcakes a 5-star rating, but my boyfriend does not like their icing (he claims it is too sweet, but he also claims that ALL icing is too sweet). Crumbs' cupcakes are larger than other's, better priced, and are incredibly creamy (the icing), buttery, soft, moist, flavorful in a well-balanced way. There is never any graininess nor weird watery or saccharine-y aftertaste you are always enjoying this sweet, soft, buttery goodness that is left in your mouth after you're done.

Too sweet
Cute cupcakes, attractively decorated and made to look temptingly good, but they are way too sweet the frosting tastes like pure sugar.
