    Deeelicious!

The food here is amazing! Especially the lobster guac dip with the homemade chips that I just can't stop craving! It's so amazing. The place itself was a lot smaller than I anticipated but it was nice and quiet for dinner with a friend. The waiter we had was REALLY friendly too so that made our experience all the better. this place is DEF worth trying out and going back to!

    A welcome surprise

Felt some panic after I purchased a Thrillist voucher, for a 3 course meal for two, and then promptly read a terrible critic's review on Eater. Happy to report the review was undeserved. Our waitress, Bambi, was a complete delight start to finish. Attentive, helpful and personable. We sat upstairs and were very comfortable. Nice atmosphere, quite and secluded. We started with the lobster guacamole ($16) and the pulled pork bites ($12), both delicious, though the pulled pork was a little rich to start with considering what we followed it with - the Supreme Burger ($16) and the special of the day, Seared Duck ($22). Both cooked nicely, both pretty yummy. We made it halfway and got the leftovers wrapped up. Finished with the pecan bacon pie with caramel icecream - OMG, so good, we demolished it. The meal came with 6 draft beers. I was surprised that the draft selection was equally priced ($8 ea) for typically more expensive beers, like Delirium Tremens, and typically less expensive beers, like BluePoint Octoberfest. I was shocked when we were served a 10oz pour. If I were paying full price, I'd have sent them back. A "poor" value. There is also no mention of the size on the menu, so be careful. I would return for a bar snack and a drink, but maybe not for dinner.
