Create & Go is exactly what it's meant to be-an office neighborhood quick service place. The food is fresh and free of preservatives. They have all your typical sandwiches, soups, breads and danishes, omelets, bagels and oatmeal. They make good fruit shakes, and while the prices aren't necessarily a bargain, they're right on par with similar places in the area. Two great things: 1) They don't charge extra if you want egg whites instead of whole eggs in your omelet. 2) The staff, including the manager who is usually in the back of the space, are fantastic. They're friendly, know the orders of their regulars and are a lovely group to encounter early in the morning.

i work in the building where create and go is and i must say they have done a great job with the new place,food is always fresh and the bread is to die for especially the jalapeno cheddar,the serve delicious brown rice bowl that are made in front of you,i dont know what the other review was talking about the staff at createand go are always helpful and nice maybe he just didnt get a free lunch

i buy salads from here and everytime i pay $8 and i get bit and pieces of veg and food becuase they do everything so quick to just get rid of you no matter how many times they've seen you in the past. i hate this place just like the jalepeno bread which is diff and good... someone need to change the staff asap
