Cozzi Pizza

Not even one star. I have never written a review before, but I am beyond angry with this establishment. I made the mistake of ordering from here to get pizza and garlic knots. I placed the order at 3:15 pm on a Saturday. At around 4:35 pm, a man called me from his cell phone asking me where I lived. I told him, and had to explain in detail to him how to get here. He kept saying he was at "the station" and asked me again to explain how to get to my house. I looked it up on google maps, and this place is on Broadway, not 15 minutes from my apartment! At 5:05 pm I get a call from the business, and they are extremely rude to me, saying that "this happens all the time" and that there was "nothing he could do about it" and that there was "no reason to go to the cops." At this point, I am extremely irritated, I demand both my food and the money back, and I tell him that I will never be ordering from his establishment again. Not only did he not seem to care, he just kept saying that this "happens all the time." Do not order from here. They are rude, inconsiderate, and their food is not good. I cannot believe I waited 2 and a half hours for this.

As far as run of the mill places go this is right in the middle... pizza is a bit chewy and greasy (trust me I like grease but this isn't the good kind), but they deliver and its quick and relatively cheap.
