Used to...but never again
I order from this place frequently. About what you'd expect. Not really authentic mexican by any stretch of the imagination and fairly slapped together food. Of course it tastes good. Sadly I will stop eating there now though. Last week I called and the guy who answered the phone sounded like a real piece of work. He answered the phone by saying, "yeah? if you wanna delivery I need your address yo." Next while placing my order he responded to each new item by saying, "Yeah, next??" Like I was just inconveniencing him the whole time. AN HOUR LATER and still no food I call back and he answers the phone this time by just saying, "Yeah?" I tell him politely it has been an hour and asking if our order is on the way and he says, " I think they preparing it right now...it's been an hour? oh well bro, we are really busy'. And then he tells me he had a question about my address anyway. Ummmm? what?

Good food, if you can get past the service
Good food at a decent price if you can suffer the staff that run the place. Standoffish and lacking in any understanding of customer service, on a good day. After delivering to DUMBO for months consistently, today they refused my order and explained to me that they never in fact delivered to DUMBO and hung up. For the owner: the person answering the phone a) would not give his name, b) claimed to be the manager and c) hung up on me. 7pm 9/14.

can't believe it's so cheap
i dont go into restaurants that have pictures of their food on the boards; however, I decided to give this place a go. Their food is REALLY good and so cheap. Their flour tortillas are delicious as are their buffalo wings. They could easily serve this food on nice plates with better atmosphere and get at least twice as much money. I'll definitely be going back.

steak fajita from heaven
I use to work in the area and didn't want to eat mcdonalds everyday so I tried mexican for the first time...goodness their chili and steak fajitas are addictive lol. Fast service as well across the street from the movies I don't even buy popcorn anymore I just bring the mexican food to da movies!!!

my fav mexican food in the neighborhood
Admittedly, I was scared to go into this place for like the first year that I lived in the neighborhood (my friends have dubbed it "Scary Mexican Place"). That's one of my biggest regrets in life. Ok, not really. But it was a mistake. This place has surprisingly good food at an amazingly low price. I usually get the grilled chicken combo, which comes w/ rice, beans, tortillas and a little salad, for like $4.50. I'll take this place over Lobo any day.

Cheap and good
Like the other reviewer said, good, basic, and cheap. Pretty fast and friendly service, no-frills take out place. Great place if you are hungry and only have a few bucks in your pocket.
