Do Not Go Here After 5 PM
The food is nothing special as it is a chain. The value is not great for a chain. After 5 pm the staff appears exhausted, the restaurant is not clean, and the food is no longer fresh. If you want to shorten your hours, do it, or charge half the amount because you are putting in half the effort.

One step above fast food
It's decent food, for a decent price, but it's certainly not worth the 4 and a half star rating, especially not in NYC. Branch out people...

Awesome
I have to admit, they have the most delicious spinach and artichoke dip ever!!! I have never been a fan of that dip, until my girlfriend recommended it and now I am a fanatic. I order it at least 3 times a week!!! And it helps that the staff is also very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Love this place!!!

Their Signature Salad is the Best!
I just had to let everyone know how amazingly delicious the signature salad is! I crave it at least once a week. I even bought the catering size salad for my Thanksgiving get together and let me tell you... my guests could not get enough of it! I higly recommend trying it out! You won't be sorry.
