Pleasently surprised!!
I was pleasently surprised by this place. I have been trying to find a filling but healthful place to grab dinner or lunch while at work. Cosi is a wonderful find. I was happy with my Shrimp Remoulade sandwich and can't wait to go back to try some of the other options. I also enjoyed the choice of healthy side options to add to your meal. (i.e. harvest mix, banana's, cracked pepper chips, cookies, and more)

Good Food/Poor Service
Food is well prepared although the lettuce appears to be old and beat up. Employees have positive attitudes except for the manager who could use an attitude adjustment.

Addictive
I ordered lunch from here once and next thing I know, I have 3 or more co-workers ordering with me everyday. The people who take your oder for delivery are friendly as well as the deliverers. The inside of the restaurant is always crowded so it's better to deliver. Oh and the smoothies are delicious as well!
