Worst pizza and customer service
Went to Cosi hoping to get some pizza on that great bread they have. Big mistake. The young man in the front had the worst attitude. Very rude and waited for awhile before anyone took care of us to place order. The place was empty. The pizza was burned and not what I had ordered. I was already in office so couldn't turn back. The only bright spot was the cashier. What a sweetheart.

Overpriced
Some vegetarian options- pretty delicious but over priced. Piece of bread, three thinly sliced pieces of tomato and equally skimpy amount of mozarella for almost $8?! Come on!!!!!

I heart Cosi
Big fan of the Cosi branch. The bread is amazing and is what makes the sandwich. They run about $7-8 but are pretty large and worth it.

Good Bread and Coffee but Average Eggs
Do not come here for an egg sandwich! They market omelet sandwiches but really they just throw the desired ingredients on top of the pre-cooked, square eggs that they microwave to re-heat. And there's no ketchup! The bread and coffee are tops and I've had their salads and sandwiches before, which are decent. But don't come for breakfast. They really should cut the eggs and just offer the standard creamcheesed bagels.
