I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and the food is always fabulous. it is a wonderful atmosophere and a great wine list. the only problem is that the waiters are slow, but that is normally because they are busy. but the food and the wine is worth it!

I really enjoyed Coppola's. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was delicious. Recommended for people who like hearty Italian classics.

I went here with a large party (6) and we decided to sit downstairs. they had one waiter for the entire room...he got our orders wrong as well. the food was pretty good but was overshadowed by the poor service.

Out of all the Italian restaurants in NYC, this is definitely a place worth going to again and again. Came here with gf's from LA, and it was a perfect way to start off the evening. The staff from the hostess to the waiters were friendly and accomodating. And the bartender knows how to make a fabulous martini. The lobster sauce linguini was amazing! We ordered one of every dessert off the menu. Highly recommend the creme brulee and choc. chip cheesecake!!

We had to wait for over 45 minutes to get seated when the hostess said 5 minutes. They actually started to seat us, then realized the table was taken and took us back to the bar. They then tried to seat us at a crowded table in the bar area, told us a larger table in the bar area was specifically reserved for a party of 5, and sat a party of three there five minutes later! It was actually humorous. They finally sat us and did not comp us anything, not even a glass of wine. The gnocci has excellent, the pizza was so-so.

Had dinner there with my girlfriends for my birthday and had the best lobster dinner. The sauce they use is amazing. The desserts were to die for. Service was great and the atmosphere was flattering. Bartender made great drinks too. Worth trying. Going to send all my LA friends here for a great dinner. Will definitely come back when I'm in the City.
