    so not worth the money

We waited 45 minutes for our food and then were told the order was never placed. After nearly an hour and a half our order came. We were offered no discount for the mishap and barley an apology. By the way, the bar was not crowded. Sign displayed $3 cosmos for ladies only. I ordered the only cosmo on the menu and was charged $10. I have lived in Hell's Kitchen for 5 years and have never seen such deceit on a happy hour menu. Fraud. After complaining about the ordering mishap as well as the tricky sign, one of our waitresses gave us an uppity speech about how you have to ask if you live in Manhattan. We were still charged $5 for the cosmo. We had 2 different waitresses one who was rude, the other nicer. Both though hardly made an appearance. We live right above the bar and vow to never return. Much better options.

    Perfect Local Bar

I have lived in the Hell's Kitchen for years. Coppersmiths is a great spot for beers & burgers. Friendly staff and great values. Especially Tuesday night. 2 for 1 burgers. The burgers are very good and you can't beat the price. Love this place!

    Burgers not recommended

Went there for happy hours with co-workers. After a few beers, we were starving and craving some good old bar food. We ordered a sample of items: sweet potatoe fries were decent, buffalo wings were mediocre, and the burgers were so unappetizing that three of us couldn't eat more than one bite. Knowing that any middle of the road burger tastes like heaven better after a few beers, this must be the poorest burger ever.

    Amazing Wings!

This place is great...it really is some of the best bar food anywhere. I would venture to say they have the best wings I have ever had...you have to give them a try. They just got brand new plasmas too, a nice touch.

    Great location, mediocre food

We wanted a hamburger and to watch the US Open. This was close to our hotel. Atmosphere was great--pub-like with open french doors. Service was quick, a number of beers on tap (not just Bud, Michelob or Heinie, either!). Food was mediocre. Nowhere near the best hamburger on the West side. Good for a beer and a snack. Will gladly return for just that.

Great place to watch a game!

CopperSmith's was great. Went there with a bunch of friends to watch the Derby last Saturday and we had a blast. The food was excellent as was the service. My friends weren't kidding when they said it's the best burger on the West Side! I'll def be back there on Tuesdays b/c its 2 for 1 burgers.
