STAY AWAY
The food quality and portions have taken a nosedive in the past 2 years. Service is terrible.....the staff gives you the impression that you are interupting their day by placing a order or asking a question. They make it their way should you ask for your food without a certain ingrediant. Food is delivered late and cold. They also have a zillion excuses for the poor service/ quality.

Love the pizza, but their service is not good
Fantastic pizza - prefect crust to sauce ratio and always good quality, fresh toppings. Their service is, however, the pits, and delivery times usually exceed an hour (I'm only 9 blocks away for God's sake!). Despite this, I place a weekly order for their chicken parm pie, because it is far and away the best pizza east of Bay Ridge.
