Common Ground

Went hear for happy hour once and was impressed. They had beers on tap for $2. It had a homey feel. There were board games, the bartender was attentive. Also they had 2 for 1 panini's. I didn't eat but definately will next time.

this place rocks! the panini's are awesome as well as the apps. the happy hour specials are great and the atmosphere is very laid back...there are even games you can play like battleship!

I live down the block from common ground and finally made it in a few months ago. The bartenders and the owner are all insanely nice, the drink specials and food specials are all delicious! I've spent many a night there playing board games (they have dozens in their bookshelves) with friends, and days they have football and baseball games playing. I highly recommend it!!

My husband and I went to this bar for a drink and appetizer. We had mojitos which were good not the best but better than most. My husband had the Lemonade drink made with vodka, sprite and miller light beer, it was very tasty!!! We had the spiced nuts, very addicting. We also had the prosciutto and parmesan with fig balsamic vinegar, out of this world. The last thing we tried was our free appetizer during happy hour, buy one get one, which was roquefort with pumpkin seeds and slice pear. Also very good cheese quality and excellent fruit and nut pairing. We willl definatley go here whenever we are in the city.

I moved here from the west coast a while ago and was searching for a relaxed, unpretentious place to go with friends. Got a recommendation to try Common Ground and haven’t looked back. Great atmosphere, great deals, and excellent food - found exactly what I was looking for.

Was walking home from work one day and randomly decided to stop in. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable (even with complicated drink orders), and, much to my surprise, the food was near gourmet! Much more than I expected, will be back for more!

This place has the best bar food I've ever tasted, and unbelievable deals.
