    GREAT tasting burger, unreliable hours

The burgers taste fantastic - the meat is mysteriously delicious - in a horror movie the secret ingredient would be HUMAN - but anyway, great tasting burgers, the rest is good, the people are nice, the decor is nothing - big empty room, service counter, hidden kitchen - maybe to hide the human-processor? The only and big drawback to this place is the same one another reviewer mentioned - brought three friends on 10 block trek late at night but within their posted hours - only to find the place closed. Have had the same experience several times calling with no answer when they're supposed to be open. Shape up the hours, Comic Burger, so you can keep selling those fantastic human-burgers!

    Poor customer service

I had a craving for a burger for lunch so I called for a delivery. It's 1:15pm. A woman picks up and goes "Can you call back in 5 mins when the grill's on?" A better customer service would have inform me that the grill is not on (which is weird because they open at 12pm?) and then give me the option to place my order or call back. I guess I don't want a burger after all.

what is up with these jokers?

this place drives me nuts. i get all hungry for a burger at 1pm on a saturday, check out like three websites to make sure they're open (all three say they open at noon), go to comic burger and they're closed. it's happened to me like four times. they're burgers are pretty good, maybe the best in the burg although that's not saying much. But i really think a burger place ought to be open before 1:45 on saturday. especially when they apparently want you to think the do. noon at least although 11 wouldn't be crazy. Comic burger, please get your act together. i'm currently eating a burger from another restaurant because you weren't open til 1:45pm.

    Good Burger for Good Price

The turkey burger had great spices and the fries were pretty good and all fairly affordable. However the delivery time wasn't the greatest. Their 20 minutes turned into 45 but it was worth the wait.
