    Quick, no-fuss HK-style fare

This is not the place to come for fancy food or service. But if you're looking for a quick, no-fuss, tasty meal, this is a good choice. They have a huge menu of Chinese and Western dishes. I highly recommend the Kimchi Chicken Omelette on Rice, and the Kimchi Spam Fried Rice (not quite Chinese, but yummy). They also have good congee, rice dishes, and drinks (like milk tea, coffee). Don't expect the servers to chit-chat or be particularly friendly, but service is very quick.

    So not impressed

My friend and I ate here on chinese new year. I ordered the beef brisket over pan friend noodles which looked as though it had been thrown on the plate with absolutley no regard giving it an appetizing appearance. It looked like slop. The meat was a horrible cut . The sauce tasted like canned gravy with some ginger mixed in. My friend's meal was better but not by much. He ordered the spare ribs w/ black bean sauce over rice. The ribs were tiny. The plain white rice was amazing though... doesnt say much does it? Kudos and four stars for the white rice and water.

    Great chinese "diner" food

Because this place offers everything from burgers w./french fries to chinese rice plates, this place has become the place for moms to bring their schoolchildren to. There is something satisfying for all ages, kids can have their hot dogs and mom can have their congee. At times this place can feel like a school cafeteria with tables packed with teenagers- which means prices are low. I agree service is abrupt and quick with the check slammed on your table before the dishes has even arrived, but its not Pings so get over it. I actually sympathize them for putting up with teenagers, as we all know they never tip.
