Very Welcoming!
I feel like I am at home every time I walk in the door. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, and the food is freshly made and authentic Columbian. (I took very discerning Columbian friends visiting from out of state here the first time I went and they can’t stop talking about it.) My personal favorite is the Salmon in Mango Sauce. I also appreciate the mid-week dinner for two specials, which include appetizer, entrée and dessert for thirty dollars. I try to stop in at least once a week since I first tried them late August 2011.

Finally!
I'm so happy this place is here. The only other choice we had was Bogota which isn't actual Colombian food, its a fusion of styles and honestly not very good at all. This place on the other hand made me feel like I was in back home in Colombia. The staff was wonderful. They have a live band come in every Friday and the food is just yum! Bandeja Paisa all the way! But I've had 3 other dishes that were just as good!

Pleasant
We stopped in here on a whim, attracted by their offering of free sangria and were pretty pleased. While it may not be the most authentic columbian food, everything was tasty and since I live in park slope and not queens, thats about as much as I can ask for. We had the arepa with cheese (again, not exactly a Caracas arepa, but still good) and the shrimp in garlic sauce. Worth a try.
