I realize it is hot so guess mr coffee try to save some buck by turning off the ac great. So we hav to eat our meal sweating bullets. The waitress slow. We are serving dinner food. This is not a French restaurant. We are not at sparks restaurant. This is dinner. Right. So order eat finish the meal 100 bucks. Later we are still sweating. And no ac. The hostess look like she was going to pass out it look like she needed oxygen and water. May next time turn on the ac. And maybe the meal will be enjoyable.

Good Food!
I'm an older person, not into a bar "scene", who went here for dinner on an early Saturday evening. It was great! The shrimp bisque with salsa fresca was really yummy, as were the fish and chips. It was loud, but that's okay with me. The food was good! No problems with service.

Food
Food was not good!! They claim to cook brazilian food not they are not even close. I order as a entree Ropa vieja w/ rice , black beans and sweet plaintains... What a mistake!!! I love to eat out and I don't mind paying $$$$ but not for crapy food. I will never go there again... sorry Guys but I have to be honest..!!!

A scene and a half.
The food at Coffee shop is actually pretty good, and at times can be great. It's a good place to get a drink at happy hour and can get really mobbed at certain times of the night, especially on weekends. The place itself is cool, with a snaking bar and comfy seats around the place and a 50's vibe. Unfortunately, just about every single person who works here needs a good punch in the face. Yes, they are all beautiful, and most of them are working there to be noticed or get to the "next level", which is fine and all, but the level of drama gets really tiring after a while. That said, go during the week or just for drinks and avoid it at night and on weekends unless you want to see or be seen.

You can nap while waiting for your food
Food takes forever to come out and we didn't even order anything that had to be cooked - just a muffin and bagel for breakfast. God how I wish I would have just bought one from a cart on the corner. An hour of my life that I'll never get back just because I wanted to be warm. Never ever again - not even for drinks at the bar

.. and food
Kept going to this place for 4am-5am afterclubbing breakfast for ages, chatting up tipsy beauties and jaded waitresses... but now my friend is taken with a russian waitress so went there for several dinners... and what a surprise, the food is great: seared tuna, salads, soups are tops and for pennies, ok, $5-15 which is so cheap for a place with 'scene'... service is ok, but we are not tipping them $100 for a bottle service either
