We used to order from here regularly over the past few years. However, over the past 4 or 5 months the food and service has progressively gotten worse. It took them an hour and half to deliver our food and then the delivery driver didn't know how to use an intercom and kept calling to say he was outside and wanted me to come down. The food arrived cold and inedible. This will be the last time we order from here.

We decided to try this place because Surfish was closed for the day. Turns out it was a wonderful idea. The ceviche was amazing. I would go back again just for that. The paella was great! As was the seafood stew. Our waiter did a great job handling the ENTIRE restaraunt, as well as his rather angry boss. The service was slow, but that wasn't the waiters fault, he was playing busboy, waiter, host, and bartender for the whole restaraunt, which had a lot go guests, while the owner just kept yelling at him. I wish I had made a point to say something to the owner on the way out about his attitude, because it was rather offensive to watch him beat up on this guy who was doing well under difficult circumstances. My only other complaint was the screaming kids, but there is little one can do about that. I would totally recommend this place to anyone, and will come back myself.

You guys are crazy, it is a miracle how good the roasted chicken is and the meat dishes are moist, tasy and perfectly served. Coco Roco, still rocks!

The ceviche should have been cold not hot too much fancy decor on the plates which doesnt represent the actual taste of what peruvian food is about.

I'm so mad right now! I used to love Coco Rocco, especially the quinotto, but I will NEVER go to or order from that place again! I ordered dinner at 7:30 tonight. It's a Friday night, so I know they're busy, but at 8:45 I called back to check on it. The girl that I originally ordered with answered the phone again this time and when I asked her about my order had no idea what happened to it. She laughed and couldn't believe how weird it was. She remembered me ordering, but simply had no idea what happened to my order. She said she could place the order for me again and offered no sort of compensation for the fact that my food would arrive 2 hours from when I originally ordered... AT BEST! I asked for her manager, but he was out. The manager who claimed to be the owner, FINALLY called me back after 9:30 (we're now at the official 2 hr mark), and all he would do was "expedite" the order... Unless Coco Rocco has a time machine, I don't see how that's possible. I told him if he sent the food for free (about $28 worth) I would be happy, and he actually told me that he has no way of knowing if I was just scamming him!! She remembered me ordering!!!! I used to order from there regularly... Never again!!!

Just tried to order two lunch specials for delivery. On the website and the outgoing message inform that food orders start being taken at 11:30. No one picks up the phone until 11:45, and then this person tells me that since they open at noon, I have to call back at noon. Yes, WTF indeed. But that's not even the best part - she calls me 20 minutes after I placed my order and tells me that they don't do lunch specials today (President's day). Clueless, useless, and left me hungry. Oh well, Hanco's will do nicely.

They used to be one of my favorites restaurants, but they increased their prices, and decreased the quantity and quality of their food. I don't think I will be going back there.
