I love it here!
The only place in the neighborhood that has consistently good food, good service, good prices and makes me feel welcome with a toddler.

Donut Hole
Super place, was a fan way back when Peter was running the Donut Shoppe, but Cobble Hill is grand.

The Best Neighborhood Diner
As soon as you walk into this restaurant, you feel like you're visiting a long-time friend. One of the owners warmly greeted us, and this was our very first time there. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! I wish the place were larger, for fear that there may be a wait for a table on busy days, but it would definitely be worth the wait. I immediately considered myself a loyal customer, for both the excellent service and great food. I highly recommend Cobble Hill Coffee Shop!

Excellent Diner
Many diners can be hit or miss, but this place really hits the spot. The food was better than expected (I had the french toast with blueberry/strawberry/banana), the OJ fresh squeezed and the prices are very reasonable. The staff were all very friendly, and the place is clean and fresh (with fresh flowers at every table) and has a nice neighborhood feel. I will certainly be back for more!

great
I've been weekend breakfasting at The New St Clair for 15 years because it's my local spot and because there oughta be some advantage to being a regular (Norm!) But it has always been a 50/50 gamble that service would be adequate, that you could catch a waiter's attention for coffee refill, that you wouldn't get overcharged. And still you knew that you were paying too much. I just ate here at Cobble Hill for the first time and it was where I should have been all these years. Good people, old school, at least $2 cheaper across the board, just a righteous diner. Pisses me off that I've had 'loyalty' to a joint couldn't care less about me. It's a longer haul for me down to the CH Coffee Shop but it's where I'll be if you need me.
