Tried it 3 times, didn't like it
Don't know if everybody is just saying this place is good cause they hear others say it. The sandwiches to me were dry and lacked a delicious taste. Everytime I go, I see a line of people and I say to myself, maybe I ordered the wrong thing last time, but its the same thing every time, I can never finish the sandwich and its very expensive I might add. Also the bread leaves you this white powder all over your fingers and mouth and its very dry. I think It's just a big snob hype with this place, not as impressed, or maybe too Fancy for my taste.

Not Very Impressed
I ordered a Tuscan Veg sandwich. The flavor was good but they were a little skimpy with the sandwich fillings. Felt more like I was just eating bread with arugula. They could add some more bean puree and sundried tomatoes. There is definitely some room for improvement.

Amazing food, if you can reach them...
Incredible sandwiches, soups and cookies. I order from them once a week. Only problem, they are almost impossible to reach over the phone. Their line is always busy. But it is worth the repeat phone calls for the food....best sandwiches in Manhattan. The cookies and soups are not far behind. Prices are very competitive -- you are paying for quality.

Great sandwiches!
I would definitely recommend this place for lunch- very good sandwiches and soup, imaginative combinations, and fresh, premium ingredients. The downside is that you can expect to pay about 10 bucks for half a sandwich and soup-- it's not the cheapest place around, but it is very good. And the price is not too bad for Tribeca!

Best Sandwich I've Ever Had!
I had the Tuscan Vegetarian sandwich-- and it was most certainly the best sandwich I've EVER eaten. I just ate it and all I'm thinking about is going again for lunch tomorrow. The habanero potato chips were the most spicy cihps I've ever had (a good thing). The triple chocolate chip cookie is heavenly.

Best Take-Out in Tribeca
By far the best soups and sandwiches in NYC. The pastries and cookies are also fabulous. There is always a line winding out the door but it usually moves pretty quickly.

Molto bono!
They just might have the best tasting sandwiches I've ever wrapped my lips around. The prices are definitely not average but every last bite is worth it, and wait till you try their sweets . .
