We went here for lunch for the pre-fix restaurant week menu. I had the crab cake, sea bass & key lime pie. I have to say that it was pretty good. The fish was very well done, flaky and overall tasted very fresh. The service is not up to standard (and by service I mean our waiter, the rest of the staff was very friendly). Worth a try!

went here last night, 2 of us and maybe 10 other diners tops in the resto. Had the iceberg lettuce to start was fine. Then made the mistake of asking the waiter what was good. He recommended the Angry Lobster Tail. He said he "eats it all the time, its my favourite" On the menu "angry lobster tail" had no price, all it mentioned that it was MP + 8 dollars. I looked at the atlantic lobster on the chalk board, was 25$ a LB so thought ok fine i'll go with that. When it turned up of course it was the Jumbo Australian Lobster tail, weighing in at a whopping 20oz and $65 plus the 8$ for the sauce. Without doubt the most expensive single entree on the menu. I was angry, as I dont know how much they pay thier waiters, but if they can afford 75$ worth of lobster then it must be a lot. But seriously I felt a little misled, and cheated I know the onus should have been on me, to ask all the probing questions when the prices atre not appranet on the menu, however as KatieJ mentioned the waiters english was poor and there was miscommunication which is not the patrons problem. Added to this with no prices i,e MP it should have been made very clear that they use the Australian Lobster tail. A bit of a com all round Wont be going back, and I dont think this place will be in business for very long anyhow

My friend and I had dinner here this past Wednesday nite and again, very good seafood place. We had the lobster chowder, raw oysters, salmon w/lump crabmeat, sea bass, Apple Cobbler and Flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was great, portions are plenty. The wait staff was very nice, bathrooms very clean and I think it's a nice place to unwind after a day of shopping/sightseeing in the best city in the world! If you are a seafood lover, I would give it a try for sure. Big thumbs up! :)

We stopped in after viewing the menu and thought we could get the pre theater special. The waiter seemed to not speak English very well and did not let us know that we were 15 minutes early for the pre-theater special. When we asked he only said no. He also tried to push the most expensive items on the menu. The strip steak was grissly and you definitely needed a steak knife to cut. I forgot the rule when at a seafood restaurant don't order beef. For $15 the three mini crab cakes with lettuce appetizer was overpriced. Not worth the money.

I had dinner here last night with a friend after a long day in the city. It was close to where we were picking up our bus at Fox News so I decided to give it a try. We had the oysters, Lobster Chowder, Salmon (very large piece), Crab Cakes ( not much filler, all crab and excellent), broccoli (shared a order, was more than enough for 2), Apple Crisp for dessert. We felt the food was great, place was really nice and comfy feel to it and will probably go there again. Waiter was very pleasant, even though the Yankees were loosing on the tv in the bar....overall really good place for seafood in NYC!! Give it a try.

I went here with my mother after seeing a Broadway show and the food was absolutely wonderful! My mom had the scallops and I had the salmon and they were excellent! There weren't many people in the restaurant on a Sunday night and I was surprised because the food was delicious!

VERY disappointing. The atmosphere was the only thing worth mentioning. The lobster is overpriced. The included steak sauce taste like cream...no it doesn't go well together. The dessert consisting of key lime pie did not taste like it at all. Service was bad, no one was around even though the restaurant was pretty empty. Not worth it
