They serve the finest, freshest, tastiest and healthiest lunch in midtown area. The salads are not same old, same old like everywhere else, toppings are diverse, delcious and dressings are superb. Their lunch special is probably the best kept secret in New York - entrees vary from salmon to filet mignon and sides include roasted veggies and delcious pastas.

Have been going here at least 2x/week for salad for 2 year. Quality is great, value is great, but customer service is the worst. I got fed up with them giving me Red Wine Vinegar as dressing instead of Vinaigrette one too many times. Went back to complain/get a new salad. Not only were they not apologetic, did not offer any compensation, but 2 days later my colleague went - they thought she was me, and they called her out for complaining about the salad. When they realized it wasn't her, they continued by mocking me. How is this MY fault? Problem is - now it looks like I need to find another place to go when all my friends still go there. So much for customer service - they should be ashamed of themselves by shaming such a long term customer for simply expecting the dressing that is requested.

Food: salmon well prepared, but buttery. Rice undercooked. Service: deliberate and unrushed.

Well the food for me was very good. Being in Grand Central can be nice and it can be weird. Some homeless guys looking like they want to steal your dinner can be strange. But all in all i had a good time
