Bad service
I've lived in the neighborhood for about five years now and have to say that I really can't bring myself to order from here anymore. When and if they do ever answer their phones they are outwardly rude. The food takes long to be delivered and is good but not great nor is it worth it for the attitude you get even placing an order. The times I've eaten in or got take out the service has been better but the delivery service just supersedes everything else. For slightly better than average food it's just not worth the hassle.

ive been going to Cinco de Mayo ever since I can remember and not only is the staff super sweet the food is awesome....yaya

Authentic and fresh
I've gotten delivery a few times, and I find the food to be really fresh, tasty, and authentic. The cheese quesadillas, and tostadas are SO good! I'm a vegetarian, so I haven't had any meat, but I highly recommend this place. They can be less than ideal on the phone, but once the food is delivered you won't care.

The chicken is bland, the sauce isn't spicey, and the service is poor.

Poor service
The food at cinco de mayo may be slightly above average...and only slightly, but the poor service and rude receptionist left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. They don't answer the phones, but when they do, prepare yourself for the ultimate attitude. and as if that isnt bad enough, the food presentation is just horrible. and as much money as I spent in that resturant, I would think that respect would be complimentary. never will I ever order from There again

1 1/2 wait on delivery
I've ordered from Cinco de Mayo a few times, and it's been alright, but the last time I ordered the food took an hour and a half to arrive and they gave us attitude about checking on the order. The food's pretty good but it's not worth bad service and attitude.
