Consistently good.
Moved to the neighborhood ten years ago, good then, good now. Cinco de Mayo has a big menu of traditional dishes, quality food from any part of the menu . And reliable service. They've been popular for years and that's the main reason you have to wait. When the kitchen gets too busy, they just don't pick up. Call back, or take advantage of the great options in our neighborhood.

Food is great, but service slow
We would order from Cinco a lot more if it didn't take so long to receive our order. It's a shame because we love the food. We even called ahead and tried to pick it up ourselves to save time, but ended up waiting about 25 mins after we got there. Other than that, it's a good place.

Cinco de Mayo is tops
I seriously love this restaurant. Go here way too often, order delivery too often as well. Still great food!

Gouged every time, but damn good Mexican
Without fail, they tack on about a $1.50 for every 10 dollars you spend (tax, amigo). But you can't stay mad at them too long, the food's really quite good. Enchiladas with red sauce are a favorite. The other bad thing is they they always take longer than they tell you, and can be kind of dickish if you try to get a straight answer from them about how much the food is going to cost, or long it's going to take to be ready. But again, all that aside, I keep going back. Just add like two bucks to the your bill and at 10 minutes to the time till pickup, and you won't be surprised.

Shockingly poor delivery service
I'm not picky about customer service, but the people at Cinco De Mayo have been incredibly rude every time I've called to order food. And if your dinner arrives in less than an hour, you're really lucky. I'm never ordering from here again on principle. Customer service isn't the most important thing but you can't shout at people to speed up when they're making an order over the phone and expect them to call again. Adios amigos.
