I was touring the city for a week and came looking for the Columbus Avenue Bakery for lunch. Unfortunately, it had moved, but fortunately, a clerk in a nearby store referred me to Cilantro's. What a pleasant surprise! The fish taco I ordered was wonderful. As an out of town visitor, I really enjoyed the sidewalk atmosphere. The service was a little slow and unattentive, but there's something to be said for being left alone to enjoy your meal as you watch the people and traffic go by. I'd return to Cilantro's any time.

This place has gone way down hill in terms of service and quality of food unfortunately. The chips were greasy and stale - the pico de gallo was suspicious looking (before it had always been fresh and delicious). The waiter was surly and unattantive, got my order wrong and didn't even apologize - someone else stepped in to take care of it. Will think twice about going back, and used to dine here very frequently.

$17 margaritas? The margaritas were good, but not worth $17 a piece!

Not expect a fancy restaurant but if you want to feel comfortable and relaxed go there for the specials (always very tasty) and for fantastic margaritas.
I live in the area and I go there often. You have to know what to order and some of the specialties are very very good! A plus is a very welcomming crew and an outstanding bartender who really know how to make you feel home.

Walking around looking for a place to eat came to an instant halt upon discoving this quant southwestern flare restaurant. The service was ok. The guy came once, took our order, then gave us the check never asking if we wanted more. I ordered what I had hoped would be a tasty margarita but was very disappointed. There was simply way too much of the sour mix and not enough liquor. The food was tasty tho. I'd go back again and give the place a second shot, but only if there is a different bartender and waiter.
