    Downhill

This place used to be one of my favorites, but now it's really gone downhill. The service has deteriorated. The menu is very disjointed. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. A real disappointment.

    Good food

On a Friday night, waiters were quick and kind. We didn't wait much for the food. The crab cakes were delicious, and the roasted peanut chocolate ice cream too. Worth going. Dinner for two cost $92 (without wine, of course).

    Some good, some bad

I went here for dinner with a friend. We were seated near the bar, with tv's on, and people just "hanging out", which sort of spoiled the "fancy-restaurant" mood. Our food was pretty decent, but I felt that the portions were all over the map. My main course, scallops, came with only several scallops and some vegetables. My friend's main course, some meat dish, was piled high on the plate and probably would have been sufficient for us both. My dessert was interesting, but not totally amazing. The service was great, though.

    Yum!

I went to Cibo on short notice recently. It was a Saturday night, and we could get reservations. The meal was delicious. It was a great value, and we had a wonderful evening. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for wonderful food in an uncomplicated, yet pleasant, environment. Excellent!

    a disguised prize

granted, i've only gone here for brunch, but it was such a nice place. the service was so attentive, and the space was very nicely open and bright in an upscale way. the pre-fixe brunch had everything you could want...with a bread basket filled with banana bread and mini muffins, amazingly dense pancakes, fresh fruit, and mimosas - at a decent price. i'll be coming back to try out the dinners.
