Great food and terrific value!!
The $18.95 2 course brunch plus drink and coffee can only be beat by the dinner prix-fixe of $35 for a 3 course meal. And the food is good too!! Midtown east is a tough area for restaurants especially on the weekends, but I'm so glad Cibo is our little diamond in the rough!

Go for Brunch!
The $18.95 price fixe brunch can't be beat, in my option. A good selection of brunch items, includes drink, muffin basket, and 2 courses. We tried the eggs with bacon, belgian waffles, and pancakes with strawberry compote. We ate it all and thought it was great! Our server was very pleasant and they gave us a nice window table.

great brunch
sunday brunch is 18.95 and includes a drink, coffee, bread basket including mini muffins and banana bread, a choice of appetizer and an entree. The restaurant is vey nice looking with tablecloths and flowers on the table. The food was good and the service was excellent. I would recommend the restaurant for their brunch.

Decent Brunch & Subpar Service
Went for Sunday brunch. We were a party of 6. For $18.95 pp you get 2 courses, an appetizer and entree, choice of a mimosa or bloody Mary, coffee, dessert and a pastry or bread basket. For no additional charge you also get attitude from the more than disinterested waitress. The food is excellent, the selections on the brunch are plentiful and imaginative, the drinks splendid. Try the pancakes. They're actually crunchy. Never tasted anything quite like them before. Terrific! Unfortunately, the service is what you might expect at the post office or motor vehicle bureau. Our waitress was humorless, somewhat surly, forgetful and looked and acted as if she'd rather be any place else other than here doing her job.

Overpriced and mediocre
Cibo is way to expensive for the quality of food and the atmosphere.

Mediocre food and atmosphere
Food was fine but overpriced. Atmosphere was ok but they didn't have good air conditioning and ventilation, which is concerning for a NYC restaurant. Best part was the service.
