It is a self-service counter in the busy Dining Concourse of Grand Central Terminal. For the price we paid, we couldn't possibly complain about poor service. But the ice cream is just simply delightful especially the 'soy dark chocolate' which has a smooth texture and is low in sugar. Perfect for those who do not like your ice cream too sweet. The atmosphere and decor of the dining room is 'retro'. We liked it.
