The service was excellent (we requested cinnamon on the plantains and they come out fresh within five minutes) although I must say that I enjoyed the food a little more at their Tribeca location. Overall, 8 out of 10.

I just have to say that this is my favorite place to go with a big group. It's got a very loud atmosphere, but where you can sit at one table with 10 of your closest friends, and pig out on the best meat in the city! We always have fun, and i think it's definitely worth the money...as my friends and i say, no lunch no belt, because we always skip lunch and wear something comfortable to gorge ourselves on teh incredible food. It's hard not to go crazy with the salad bar before the meat ever comes! Try to restrain yourself, because the meat is the star of the party. I'm heading there again tonight for my birthday with a party of 10 and CAN'T WAIT! Everyone should try this!

Ok anyways....i love it here....the food is good....but i am unhappy with the price....50 dollars is like 120 reas (brazilian money) and in brazil for only 20 reas (7 dollars) you are offered tastier meats.

People act like this is the best churrascaria ever. It's not. For half the price you can eat just as much and even more elsewhere. Jump on the PATH train and go to Newark.

Yes, it's pricey, but it's darn worth it! This is as close to Brazilian food you get without actually being there... if not the exact thing. It is VERY IMPORTANT to go hungry! And don't over eat at the salad bar because you won't have room for the amazing meats! Don't forget to try the Caipirinha, the famous Brazilian drink.

I've been to many Rodizio restaurants in Brazil and Plataforma is the most similar Churrascaria I've ever been to in the United States. I highly recommend it to all beef lovers who'd like to taste some of the most delicious diches from Southern Brazil. Thumbs Up! By the way, Caipirinha is a must. The mix of Cacha?a, sugar, lime and crushed ice have to accompany a slice of Picanha.

Plataforma is without a doubt THE best place for a meat lover. The entire dining experience is superb - from the time you enter the restaurant until you leave - service, presentation, food choices, atmosphere - all are remarkable. I've visited Plataforma serveral times and it is a MUST whenever friends or family come to they city. Some may balk at the price but, given the cost of a good dinner in Manhattan this is hands down worth every single penny! I do tell everyone, as good as the salad table may be.....don't gorge yourself there as the meat is endless and THAT is the reason you are here!
