I order online every day, walk right past the line (which sometimes extends all the way to 42nd street) and pick up my order. Quality salad w/gourmet toppings, albeit a bit pricey (it's Times Square, after all).

I didnt think that I ordered anything to complicated... Afterall, isnt it a salad place?! I was prepared to wait the 30-45 minutes that was expected however its now been over an hour and still... no salad. I was told it was on the way, I think that the delivery guy must have gotten lost in the 6 block bike ride he had to go! This is absurd and I will never order from Chopt again! Its too bad because when I get to go there it is always very tasty!

be prepared to wait anywhere from 1-2 hours (even though I work 2 blocks away) for your delivery. Even if you order at 11AM, you can wait till 12:30/1 for your order. They often put random items in your salad and never actually chop it (even when asked). The reason for the delay is that they wait for multiple salad orders before sending out the delivery person.

As I've recently relocated to NYC, my expectations of value versus quality are probably higher than someone who has lived here for a while. For most of the places I've eaten here, I've found that ratio of quality/quantity/value to be quite dismal. However, Chop't has met my expectations more than most. Being a demanding and particular customer, they've done well thus far and the variety is such that I can order more than a couple of times per week. It should be noted that I have little patience for orders filled incorrectly or incomplete, but have little concept of delivery times unless I'm starving. My ratings are for delivery only I have never eaten in the restaurant.

I ordered from Chop't two days in a row. The food is actually quite good but the service...horrific. Both times the delivery person took over an hour to get here (my office is 5 blocks away). When I called Chop't to ask what was taking so long they informed me the delivery person was waiting in my lobby - they just never thought to call me to tell me. Brilliant service.

Today was my first time at this salad factory and I am absolutely, crazed about the speed and the quality of the food, I read the other reviews and pehaps I was lucky the gentleman at the door greeting the guest was very friendly and helped me navigate thru the sea of people. terrific salad, will be back, VERY expensive but worth every bite.

The service at Chopt is a joke. The staff is so rude that it's convinced me to stop going. The food is good but not worth the hassle.
