    "going down hill"

this place was o.k. the first two times i ordered. last night i was looking for something different. i understand that the place is "kosher" so they don't have shrimp or mushu anything. i asked if they had orange chicken, he said yes and what i found when i got home was stir fried crap. i had some old chicken in a thick sauce that wasn't general tao, wasn't sweet and sour, wasn't seasame chicken. i dont know what it was. moreover, the customer service wasn't great and they were rude for no reason. last time i go there.

    4 Wontons

Literally said WTF when my order came to $25 for 3 soups and a small beef lo mein. I was like "ok, got good reviews maybe it's worth it." I was wrong. To say that the wonton soup was disappointing is not saying enough. 4 friggin wontons and broth. That is it. Not even a green onion in sight. Just four miserable, broken, non-wellformed wontons.

    Direly Needed

It is about time there was good chinese and sushi in Washington Heights. I have been going there since the beginning it opened. Priced well for Manhattan.

    Not recommended

We made the mistake of having a family get-together here. Management was intolerably rude & refused to apologize even when it was pointed out to him that several in the party were old & infirm & could not easily comply with his order to move when we wanted to sit together. (Apparently the concept of the customer always being right was not one he was familiar with.) The beef we ordered was rubbery, stale, & foul-smelling. After a promising start, this place is going downhill fast.

    Had so much promise

The food here was so good the first few times I tried it. The quality has gone down gradually ever since. I was willing to pay the premium for the quality but now not so much. The General Tsos has become bland and soggy and the portions were small for the price. I love teriyaki beef sticks and they're great here but the last few times. The pieces of meat were a quarter of the size they were when I first ordered and once again, not worth the high price. They are definitely falling off.
