I've lived in the area for along time without ever eating here. Today I finally did and was very upset that I didn't come here sooner. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the steak sandwich which I thought was incredible. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to trying other things on the menu.

We decided to check this place out for ourselves despite the reviews. 100% satisfied. Service was very attentive but, not pushy. Great brunch menu and price. Will definitely make this a new Sunday favorite!

The last review made me a little sad. Don't let the one bad brunch experience stop you from going. The food really is great, and the service usually is good. This is a fave go to brunch spot for my friends and I. It can be a little annoying b/c they tend to have a lot of parties during brunch, so getting a table sometimes can be difficult, but with a reservation, not a big deal. I recommend this restaurant quite a lot!

I met my girlfriends for brunch and was sorely disappointed (and frustrated) at the waitstaff and customer service in general. The food was average comparable to diner fare and quality, however the waitstaff will make you regret you ever ate here. Our waitress was slow to provide milk for our coffees and utensils and separated my order from my friends which resulted in a 30-minute wait before my party was fully served. Our waitress did not take note that only I had food and my friends were still waiting to be served, until we flagged her down in frustration. Then it took another 15 minutes before finding out from the kitchen what the issue was. I asked the hostess if I could speak to the manager but the 20-somethings running the restaurant never provided any resolution or reasonable feedback for our horrible experience nor did they indicate if the manager was present. Our brunch experience was an ordeal and demonstrates that in a competitive restaurant environment such as NYC, this place is subpar and is unresponsive to customer's needs. This place will not last.

Recently went to choice for dinner and had a wonderful time! The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere/decor was beautiful, and the food was really great. on top of that, the prices were really reasonable. They also have fun drink specials. I definitely recommend this place for a meal, or even to grab a drink at the bar.

I arranged a birthday brunch for my friend and I am SO glad I chose Choice Kitchen! We had 24 people and had such a great time with absolutely zero complaints. I had talked to Katie and Matt in advance to set up the party, and had decided on a $20 prix-fixe brunch which included unlimited brunch cocktails! Aurelia was an excellent waitress for our large party. Our drinks sure were unlimited my glass kept getting filled up! Everyone's order came out at a reasonable time even though we all got very different things. The setup allowed for easy conversation. The food was great too - and all hot (usually things come out lukewarm in a large party.) I also brought cupcakes and they had no plate charge for bringing out candles and plates for everyone. We were not rushed at ALL, I think they would have let us sit there all day! Overall a really great party and I definitely recommend this place for a large group!

After reading other reviews and having dinner one nite with my son we booked my wife's 50th birthday party here. I could not have been happier. We had 37 people. Katie the party planner was outstanding. She made sure everything was taken care of from decorations, food, cake etc. She was there the whole time. Everyone had a great time, loved the excellent appetizers, entrees and the birthday cake. The waitresses were all outstanding. The price was very reasonble, generous with food, and drinks. I highly recommend this place.
