V. Good chicken and ribs but staff are burned out and angry . I guess there is no promotion potential when serving chicken.

I literally just got off the phone with the lady the places orders and I was surprised by the response she gave me as to why she messed up my order. 3 hours later and I'm still waiting for beans I was promised to be redelivered. Her excuse for messing is that they place too many throughout the day and it's not her job to serve it. This is the second time this has happened to me. She hung up on me because she didn't have time to correct the matter at hand. Great food, ridiculously poor service.

If you want a meal that won't break your pockets and will satisfy everytime on the ues go to the chirping chicken. The chicken is the absolute best the prices are even better! The rice is definitely unappetizing hence the 4.5 but evrything else is great

The bbq chicken and ribs are to die for. Rib falls off the bone. The freshly made tomato sauce is heaven and the bbq sauce is delicious. And it all comes with grilled pita bread. They will give you extra sauces if you ask. This place is an institution. Been there at least 30years. Get food to go or delivered. Best enjoyed in pjs at home. YUMMYx100,000

Great place to go for lunch. Chicken was moist, service fast, and portions were large. I got a 1/4 chicken meal and my daughter got the chicken fingers and fries..both were very good. It's a small informal place to grab a bite.

I'm a huge fan of the Chirping Chicken on the UWS, but I was severely disappointed by the food served at this location. The rice was tasteless and dry, the chicken had about 15% of edible meat, and the greek salad…well, I’m not exactly sure what that was, come to think of it. Instead of stuffed grape leaves, onions, olives, tomatoes or any of the OTHER indigenous greek salad staples that I normally get from the Chirp on the UWS, I received a culinary concoction of cucumbers, a few pieces of lettuce, beets, a half a can of kidney beans (sadly, I’m not exaggerating) and a side of Italian dressing. To their credit, there was a chuck of feta on top, but I consider that a vacuous gesture considering what was underneath.

The service is subpar here, the people who take the orders over the food could not be more rude. I know Chirping Chicken can not be expected to have the same level of service as Le Cirque, but the people who work at CC lack common manners and decency.
