Declining...
I work in the area and used to go to this Chipotle at least once a week for lunch, but lately, their quality has declined significantly. The food just doesn't taste like it used to. Also, they have started giving smaller portions. They're still good-sized, but nowhere near the amount you used to get.

Grand!
I do not believe that the service line moves to fast. It's New York. People are in a hurry 24-7. Nothing can ever be too fast here. Anyway my tacos had sufficient meat and also the meat was distributed to perfection. Thank you Chipotle for another fine dining experiance.

Where's the meat
So while I find the food very very good, the service line people are moving too fast. This is the 3rd time I have gone in there and ordered the hard shell tacos and there is aways one that is lacking the meat, they move too fast and are very messy.

Very Cool
Lines "look" intimidating, but the assembly-line mechanism for preparation moves it along nicely . .you're never waiting more than 10 mins. Personally, I prefer the chicken at the little Tex-Mex joints (run by Chinese people . .think "Happy Taco") - it's meatier and juicier and ALWAYS hot, but Chipotle beats em in service and cleanliness . . . and their burrito-like fajitas . .. amazing! Their salsa is always fresh and yummy . . .they're like "upscale Mexican", without losing the authenticity.
