even if you hate it, it's so inexpensive, it doesn't matter, but more than likely, you'll love it, besides, the staff is very patient and doesn't mind letting you taste test a bunch of flavors. there's no place to sit, but who cares. go go go!!!

This place has always had the best ice cream in the city. Under a yellowing top, it contains numerous ice creams from green tea to black sesame to strawberry. Anything you want, they have. Their milkshakes are incredible and the ice cream is top notch. I cannot even imagine how the haagan daz 1 block away survives, other than people having trouble finding this place or not being aware of it.

Must try the "normal" flavors: black sesame, lychee, taro, almond cookie, etc. Ironically, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry are the categoried as the "special" flavors. This is one of our favorite stops in Chinatown. Great value dessert in any season.

Forget the fact that it's basically a take out joint in Chinatown...you're not coming for the atmosphere, it's the ICE CREAM that is the draw....and the ice cream here is top notch. I'd take this ice cream over ANY other place in the city. Nothing tops off a great meal at one of my favorite Chinatown restaurants than a stop at the Chinatown Ice Cream Factory and a Coconut Fudge cone. Go!
