    Switched to takeout...

Used to have China Fun delivered to me all the time until one of their delivery guys made a comment about his tip. Don't get me wrong but the food is tasty. I live exactly a block away and on a $15 bill, I gave the guy $2 and change but to my suprise he said that wasn't enough. I finally wound up giving him an add'l $.50 and he still made a face. Nowadays, I either order and have it picked up or wait there for takeout. Those delivery guys need a serious attitude adjustment.

    China not so fun anymore

We've loved China Fun for years, the food has always been tasty and a good value even with the recent price hikes. But we never get delivery anymore because the delivery staff is so rude. We regularly give a $3 plus change tip on a $17 delivery order and they openly sneer and curse to show how digusted they are, I guess they won't have to worry about our "bad" tipping anymore because we now order from someplace else!

    A Nice Surprise

We tried China Fun on a whim Christmas eve. We had a very pleasant time. The food is great ! I was surprised that the service was so good. On a night for where there was very little crowd... well, I know that's a drag for the servers, but they were prompt & attentive. As for the value; for 44 bucks we ate a big meal, then ate a big lunch a day later... well, that's 4 meals for 10 bucks each... and that's pretty darned good. I definitely recommend it! Food is good, attitude of staff stinks

We order takeout from them often, food is usually very good, although value went down some as they raised prices recently. However the attitude of the staff stinks. Delivery boys express discuss to your face at a normal tip. Waitresses bring your food before your ready for it, often don't answer questions. Bring your check before you ask for it. Even the order takers can be snippy on the phone.

    Not recommended

I think the fried rice was just steamed rice soaked in soy sauce. The food arrived cold and was mediocre at best. I would recommend against ordering from here.

    Great neighborhood place

I love this Chinese restaurant since it is a nice, non-prententious place that serves great food for the money. I am vegetarian so I usually order their tofu dishes which taste great. I recommend the Gernal Tzo's tofu or the tofu and mixed vegetables with brown sauce. The portions, which cost about $8 for dinner, are huge and I usually have leftovers! Where else in the city can you find such great tasting food for your money?!
