I personally love going to China Fun. Yes, sometimes it gets quite crowded but either way, it is what I think of when I imagine going to a New York Chinese restaurant. The food is also always so good! I've been here sooo many times in what, 10 years maybe? And it is always the same. They added the sushi menu a few years ago, but I tend to just order the chinese from here. Sometimes when I'm in the mood, I ask for a roll on the side but what I like most about China Fun is there CHINESE. Their huge menu also makes you want to try new things every time you go. The crystal shrimp dumplings are so good! But so is pretty much everything else I've tried...so if you want a casual dining environment why not go to China Fun. I even went here once on a date (even though it wasn't a first date) but we both had a great experience.

The food was delicious. Definitely worth the trip and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend

Each time I've been to China Fun, I've found something different on the menu that I can no longer live without. First it was the scallion pancakes, then it was the crispy skin duck, and now it is the Chinese New Year Special of Pork Belly and Bok Choy, which is accompanied by soft fluffy pancakes for dipping in the braising liquid.... heaven!

I ordered from here and 45 minutes later they brought half the order. I called to inform them and they said 1 minute. 10 minutes later I called back and they said 10 more minutes. Then it still wasn't here and I called to get a refund on the undelivered items and they refused. Then the food finally got here and was not hot. I will never order from here again!

I will admit, we go often. the food is good. However, the service is not. I have eaten there about 40 times and not once has a waitperson ever come over to me and said 'how is everything or do you need anything?" They want you in and out. They get frustrated if you ask for extra duck sauce or more tea. They stand over you and basically throw the food when it comes....so why do we still go? the food is good, that simple. Yes, they are a little pricey too. But in the area, they are pretty much the most consistent quality. They know they are rude, but they know they get a way with it. So go for the food- not for the atmosphere or service and you will be content. If you need a smile or polite waiter to enjoy your meal - well folks, you are out of luck!

We've been going here for years. And I'm not sure who all these folks are dissing on CF. My kids and us love China Fun and are locals. Service is great and our girls love the dumplings. We're big fans in this local Chinese food staple

Food was OK, not bad. But the service is horrible. They are standing right over your head watching you eat and the second your plate is empty they take away that plate and then come back waiting for the next plate. Soon after you finished your food, they don’t give you a minute to finish chewing, start cleaning your table and you watch that cleaning napkin flying under your nose. Never again.
