Chimichurri Grill

Chimichurri is really great! I really like thier green chimichurri. ilove thier saled,steak,chicken,and of corse thier dessert it is just great!!!

I think that this restaurant is a perfect place to go to with the family. Since I have Argentine friends from school, I brought one of them and it met their high standard of food quality. The atmosphere there is just amazing with Argentine music playing and photos and posters on the wall of Tango dancers. The food is definetly the best part!! There is a long wine list that is all amazing wine from Argentina. The service will NEVER keep you waiting. your dining time will be be a perfect, pleasant meal.

When we 1st entered the restaurant we were greeted by a hostess who was behind the bar listening to her IPOD!! My BF & I said hello & she said we can take a seat anywhere without ever coming from behind. We got the menu from our wierd waiter a minute later. He than disappeared so we asked the hostess for help & she said "What" After not hearing us about 2 times she finally decides to take out her headphones. Than the waiter comes bringing a basket FULL of bread only to place ONE bread on each of our plates. The dip however was GREAT We asked for more bread dip & the waiter seemed annoyed & confused. Than our dull waiter came back & took our order. I asked if i could substitute the veggie on my order for asparagus and he said the veggie that originally comes with my plate is more of a garnish, not a side dish so I couldnt substitue. So than he says they have asparagus as a special of the day. I said no its ok & he practically pressures me to order it by telling me the food won't be coming for a long time anyway. I ordered it to only see 7 aspapragus' on my plate. (Which costed $9) They were delicious though. So our food comes about 25 minutes later. The Chimichurri Sauce that comes seperately with the food made the steak. Without it the steak didnt have much flavor. My BF's steak was ridiculously small seeing that it was $25 (That being one of the cheapest entrees on the menu) & a good portion of the steak was FAT which he ended up not eating. The fries were great & came with alot. They didnt have ketchup though which is wierd since they have fries on the menu but we didnt complain since it is a place that probably considered themselves "upscale" As we got to the bottom of the plate the fries got so salty we had to ask for more water.

My father, who loves meat, was in town and my husband and I wanted to take him out for a nice meal that could also accommodate my taste - I'm a vegetarian. This place was perfect! The service was kind and prompt. The atmosphere was warm and not too small. The food was spectacular. It is hard to find a place that has great meat (from what my husband and my dad tell me) and also good vegetarian options. The dessert was also spectacular and I would definitely go back.

The steaks are simply marvelous! We ate in after a Sunday Matinee On Broadway - it was a delightful way to end the day. The restaurant is a bit small but the food and service more than make up!

We eat here at least twice a month and have NEVER been disappointed. The restaurant is cozy and romantic, the service attentive and professional and the food is phenomenal. Everyone we bring here loves it and return again and again.

We took my parents out on their last night in NYC to this restuarant after reading its reviews and thinking it would be a nice place to take them as my father is Argentinian. The waiter who took us to our table was not friendly and rather dry. He answered only our questions and was rather rude when my mother and I both said that we only wanted to order something from the Appetiser section as neither one of us have a huge appetites. He said that everyone HAD to order a main dish as it was not acceptable to only have an appetiser. Mind you, the appetisers were big enough in both size and cost so we really didn't see why they made us order more food than we wanted to eat. We also took our own bottles of wine, one red and one white. They charged $15 per bottle just for corkage which we thought was ridiculous. The food was average, the service was unfriendly and the cost was astronomical in the end.
