Cupcakes are small but inexpensive. However there's more frosting than cake. Taste is okay. Nothing special. Service tonight is appalling though. Waited 15 minutes for an iced chocolate drink. Had already finished eating. Staff are miserable and seemed to have no idea how to make my drink. Serious waste of my time.

Everything I've had here, and thats a lot of their sweets(!) was really wonderful. The other day I passed by and decided to stop in for a treat with a friend post-lunch. I had the caramel cupcake and she had the red velvet cupcake- they were both heavenly. The cake and frosting was light and delicious. Its also not an oversized cupcake so it made for the perfect sweet treat after our lunch.

This is the BEST place to get dessert in NYC. I have lived here all my life and tried EVERYWHERE else in the city (I have a huge sweet tooth) but nothing beast ChikaLicious. The soft serve is to die for; try the sundae (which is topped with candied pistachios and other various fancy goodies and delicious hot fudge... which i don't even usually like) or the expresso ice shot... mmm. And they have Macrons (like in France) which are nearly impossible to track down in America. AND most everything is under $5 (including tax); I go here at least once a week. (PS the menu is wrong on this website)

My friend took me to chickalicious pudding today to try the cupcakes...not only were they delicious but at 1.60 each it was pretty reasonable. I tried the coconut which was really really yummy...it had freshly toasted coconut which made it even better....I took a few to take home to try...and the banana was yummy too...definitely stop by..next time I want to try pudding!

My office loves this place! The Brioche Bread Pudding in particular is wonderful, but the chocolate chip cookies and green apple sorbet are world class!!

The idea is ingenious, but is the food any good?? If pudding is your thing, there is no better place than this little hole-in-the-wall. The portions are decent, but not monstrous, and the adult chocolate pudding is rich, dark, and delicious (however, doesn't taste too "adult"). A little more liqueur taste might have pushed it over the edge. The cupcakes, while not the thing to write home about, are nice and small, not too filling. I wish the frosting had been a little stiffer, but the cinnamon in the chocolate is a nice touch. Definitely the place for a quick but decadent dessert.
