Best Burger on the UES!
Chicky's has, quite simply, the best burger on the UES! They are REALLY flame broiled on this open air grill they have at the front of the shop & they are THICK! Yum, yum (& did I say yum?). Their chicken is the best in the neighborhood, as well. These folks know what they're doing & don't listen to the 2 nay sayers...good cookin' @ a great price!!

Great bang for the buck
I lived in NYC for over 20 years and Chicky's ranks as one of my favorite neighborhoody places. I had them on speed-dial and I'd pick up my chicken souvlaki or my half a grilled chicken with pita and tzatziki and was a happy girl. The owner and his family are terrific, the counter-folk serve with a smile and you cannot beat the prices. It's high up on the list of places I miss since I left town.

food is very good, great value. gyro mmm
I order the gyro platter, its very good and you get a lot of food. the sides are good too. Dolmades are great. The feta order is huge. I'd say good food especially for the money. I have only had delivery, Ive never been there. delivery is fast.

Most disappointing food I've had in a while
Ordered in yesterday - food came in time, price was pretty low, and unfortunately the quality of food was really really low. Who are these people writing reviews with high ratings? The owner, the cook and the delivery man? I ordered a whole chicken, most of it went to the garbage. My roommate ordered a Chicken Gyro and that was average.
