Fabulous...please open in East Harlem
Tried this place for my birthday. Food was excellent, nice atmosphere and great value. Not nearby but will go back again.

Truly disappointing
The truly poor service does not make up for the quality of the food, which is uneven at best.

Okay food runined by service
The food is okay at best. What you really need to know is that when they are "busy" they reduce their customer service and increase their rudeness. Trust me, with all the other nearby restaurants (MoBays, Red Rooster, etc) this one is not worth the money, the time or the risk.

The service ruins it all
I have been waiting and hoping and praying for a decent restaurant to open up in this neighborhood. unfortunately, even though the food here is okay, the staff is god awful. waiting an hour for soup.

Great Food, Poor Service
The food at Chez Lucienne keeps us coming back. As we live in the neighborhood, we were excited to see a different choice of food offered. The food at Chez Lucienne is always well prepared and is an amazing value. However, the service is appalling. We have been served the wrong drinks, wrong food, waited inordinate amounts of time for someone to approach the table and take our order, not been served bread nor water, and have had items we did not order on our check. The service staff at the restaurant is the only thing standing in the way of making a good restaurant and excellent one.
