30 minutes for Burnt Burgers
Dined in on Monday evening. Party of 2, and both of us ordered the same thing. We waited 30 minutes for medium well burgers with salad while people who were seated well after us were served well before us. To add injury to insult, the burgers were cooked unevenly inside and burnt on the outside. If you can't grill a burger change your name to something else. 40 bucks for nothing.

Not recommended
I work a couple of blocks from this place and finally had lunch here a few weeks back with two other people. Food was passable but service was sooooo slow. This would not have earned them a one star but our waitress sneakily added a gratuity to our check which we did not notice (the handwriting was poor) and we proceeded to add an additional tip on top of that. I understand if you add an automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more but c'mon its 3 people on a slow weekend afternoon!

Great Hells Kitchen Spot!
I went to the Chelsea Grill tonight to meet friends, and had the most amazing experience. The hostess was charming, and very friendly. Our waitress, Kathleen, was sweet and extremely helpful. I had the steak salad, and it was amazing!! My friend had an everything burger, and it was gigantic, and don't forget the waffle fries. This is definitely one of my new favorite spots in hell's kitchen, and I will be returning.

Not recommended
Never do this but felt I had to write something after this experience... From start to finish it was ridiculous, hostess unfriendly and texting, waitress unorganized, inattentive and too busy talking to bartender then pay attention to table. Now food wasn't unappetizin but you could tell somethings were microwaved, my wife had the veggie dish and it came out smoking hot, my burger was pretty good but not worth 16 dollars. Never again. Way to many spots on 9th ave that are a whole lot better and reasonably priced.

The pork chop, garlic mash potatoes were awesome. If you go try it:-)
The food was really good. My husband and I both had grilled pork chop with garlic mash potatoes and asparagus. The pork chop was thick, juicy and flavorful. The garlic mashed potatoes were out of this world. The best we ever had. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. Service was great and the atmosphere was very friendly. We are from Fort Worth, TX and know good tasting flavorful food and this stood up to it.

The most unappetizing burger ever
Been here a couple of times, never had good food. Burger is bland, the bacon looked like it was three days old and literally crumbled to dust when I picked it up to inspect it. fries were unappetizing. Food is overpriced, I've gotten diner food around that area that was better. too many good places to eat at in that neighborhood to waste your money at this one. Skip.
