I went to the Chelsea Grill tonight to meet friends, and had the most amazing experience. The hostess was charming, and very friendly. Our waitress, Kathleen, was sweet and extremely helpful. I had the steak salad, and it was amazing!! My friend had an everything burger, and it was gigantic, and don't forget the waffle fries. This is definitely one of my new favorite spots in hell's kitchen, and I will be returning.

Never do this but felt I had to write something after this experience... From start to finish it was ridiculous, hostess unfriendly and texting, waitress unorganized, inattentive and too busy talking to bartender then pay attention to table. Now food wasn't unappetizin but you could tell somethings were microwaved, my wife had the veggie dish and it came out smoking hot, my burger was pretty good but not worth 16 dollars. Never again. Way to many spots on 9th ave that are a whole lot better and reasonably priced.

The food was really good. My husband and I both had grilled pork chop with garlic mash potatoes and asparagus. The pork chop was thick, juicy and flavorful. The garlic mashed potatoes were out of this world. The best we ever had. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. Service was great and the atmosphere was very friendly. We are from Fort Worth, TX and know good tasting flavorful food and this stood up to it.

Been here a couple of times, never had good food. Burger is bland, the bacon looked like it was three days old and literally crumbled to dust when I picked it up to inspect it. fries were unappetizing. Food is overpriced, I've gotten diner food around that area that was better. too many good places to eat at in that neighborhood to waste your money at this one. Skip.

So my boyfriend and I were walking down ninth avenue and we've heard great things about Chelsea Grill, so decided to stop in and see for ourselves... Let's put it this way everything we heard was true, even though it was packed we were seated by a lovely girl at the front door and immediately greeted by our waitress who was on great and on top of everything throughout the meal. We had the pork chop and meatloaf which I have to say were phenomenal. This place is legit and we will be returning and recommending to all. Thanks for a great experience!

I had dinner at the Chelsea grill last week. the place was hopping so I went in. I had the steak salad which was excellent. the waitress was very friendly. we had a great meal and great service. I would definitley recommend this restaurant to my friends. I will certainty be back for more.
