A New Favorite
In a neighborhood of mostly fast food take out, Chef Yu is a welcome change to the neighborhood. My husband and I have been to Chef Yu every Friday since they opened. No more train rides to Chinatown for us when we want to go out for Chinese food instead of ordering in. We love everything about this place, the food, prices, service and happy hour can't be beat.

Best chinese in midtown!
The dumplings are top notch. The general tso's tofu is amazing (and I'm not vegetarian). Great quality ingredients, not greasy, and overall very highend - but the prices aren't! They also have great drink specials.

Really delicious chinese food
Chef Yu is very classy and spacious. Their food is different from any other Chinese take outs - exceptional taste. Love this place. It's a little expensive though but it's alright because it's all worth it. Definitely going back.
