Pretty Good...
Pretty good food and value considering location just a few blocks from Madison Square Garden; Only complaint is the fried rice, which they use brown rice in and is not too flavorful.

Cleanest Chinese
This is certainly one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. Food is excellent with a vast menu selection, especially for the bucks you pay for it. Great place to dine in or hang out after work.

Home away from home
I cant stand having a craving for chinese food coming to new york and ordering just to have my hopes and my appetite ruined. I just moved here and after looking at all the places on this site and ordering from some really bad really greasy places i decided not to let myself become unmotivated. I had a craving last night ordered from this place and BOOM The future of chinese take out is here! Take it from a man who orders almost every night... This is the chinese place stick with this one . So happy with the quality.. great food! Nice and honest people, 5 star from a man who ( yes ) Im chinese.

Chef Yu is For You!
We decided to try a new place close to our work and found a real diamond in the rough. We both had the General Tso's Chicken lunch special which made us get out of our seats and scream "Chef Yu!" We then started a Congo line around the restaurant and rejoiced one of the best meals in a very long time. Top it off with a Coke on the rocks and a wonderful Wonton Soup to start and you might hace the kind of spended afternoon that we had.

Great chinese food!
This place is my new favorite! I've tried just about everything on the menu and they are all delicious. I really love the General Tso's tofu and all the appetizers! They have a wonderful happy hour with half off drinks as well. The service is outstanding; the food comes out quick and the waitstaff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Take out, new customer impressions
Ordered from Chef Yu for the first time after reading the posts here. Glad I did. I am a fussy chinese eater and can immediately tell if the food tastes cheap and greasy. This was an excellent value for the money. The delivery was extremely prompt (under 20 min) to W31/bway. Order summary: BBQ duo - ribs were juicy and meaty, duck was a bit bland and id skip it next time. General Tsos Tofu was great, though i would have liked a bit more crispy coating. Dry Sauteed Shredded Beef was also a good call, though i am not crazy about celery. Lastly, lomein was chinatown quality, though some places do bigger pieces vs more shredded ones, though texture of noodles and beef was just right.

Tastes Really Good!
There are a myriad of Chinese Restaurants in West Midtown, and its about time this place came about. Although a bit pricy, the food isn't greasy and every dish is full of flavor (a switch from other local locales) In addition, they deliver within 20 mins everytime! I recommend you give them a call.
