Good Chicken Chow Mein ok fried dumplings
Saw the good reviews and tried it out for delivery. Soup was good dumplings were just ok and chicken chow mein was pretty good. Overall I suppose its a decent value, but I feel like dumplings should be easy and they were only ok a bit old tasting.

Best Chinese I have found in NY
I have been ordering from Chef Ho at least once a week for the past four years. Food is always excellent however have noticed that portions have decreased by about 25% since last year. Have eaten in too, and very nice atmosphere and good service. The peking duck is fantastic, but make sure you order the whole duck as the half seems to be quite underwhelming. Very different from typical NY chinese food - you feel subtle tastes as opposed to just sauce. Highly recommend it.

Excellent Takeout
The take-out is consistently delicious and I order here more than 1x a week. My favorite- Dry sauteed strings beans with bean curd added. Don't limit yourself to the string beans because all the food I have ordered from here is yummy.

Smoky Atmosphere
The food is good but the times we went there, the air seems to be smoky which is very unhealthy. It appears that the smoky air seems to be coming from the kitchen. How can this be healthy for anyone dinning there or just working there? I hope they do something fast otherwise it would be a health hazard!!

meh
New to town - really looking forward to a 'Delivered Chinese Meal' like in the movies. Delivery was prompt, price is excellent, service on the phone brilliant. But the food itself left a lot to be desired. Not what we expected - not has tasty as food had in Hong Kong, China, Australia or New Zealand. At this stage not tempted to try again.

The Best Place to get the most delectable chinese food in New York
Quantity-average but filling Service-almost excellent with friendly servers Atmosphere-nice chic design with a pretty fish tank. Should be bigger. Quality-fantastic

Dine in Good, Take out is below avg
Any time I have eaten in the restaurant I have had a great experience. However, everytime I have ordered for take out its been poor. When dining in the food is great, fresh and the portions are large. However, each time I have ordered out the portions are much smaller and the food tasted old. Bottom line is eat in and dont take out from this place.
